Role Objectives
- Boost Sales & Market Share: Accelerate sales growth in both domestic and international markets.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a results-oriented wet wipes sales team.
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new regions or sectors, maintaining strong relationships with current clients.
- Production Alignment: Collaborate with manufacturing to utilize capacity optimally and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Client Engagement: Visit clients regularly to strengthen relationships, negotiate major deals, and onboard new accounts.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and guide downline sales staff; set clear performance goals and provide ongoing support.
- Innovation & Growth: Collaborate with R&D to launch new variants, improve processes, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Candidate Profile
- Education: MBA in Marketing (reputed institution) Or a relevant.
- Experience: 5+ years in a leadership role within FMCG, personal care, or B2B sectors.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, sales acumen, team management, and familiarity with personal care/FMCG products.
- Mandatory: Must own a personal vehicle, given the need for frequent client visits and market travels.
Compensation & Growth
- Base Salary: INR 25,000/month.
- Incentives:
- 2% commission on net sales.
- An additional 2% for closing major (high-value) orders.
- INR 1,000 for each new client secured.
- Earnings Potential: A driven performer can realistically earn a gross monthly total of INR 70,000-80,000 in the initial phase, with ample scope for higher earnings as sales grow.

- Work Environment: Collaborative, growth-driven, and quality-focused.
- Locations: Primarily based at our Rohini (Delhi) head office, with coordination at our Bawana (Delhi) manufacturing unit. Moderate travel required for client meetings and market expansion.
